Mr. Vinod Sivakumar, a seasoned technology architect with an extensive career spanning Infosys, Oracle, TCS, Vinculum Solutions (Hong Kong), and Tiatech Health Technologies, had long been immersed in developing software solutions. But something never sat right. In the realm of hospital software, he noticed a glaring issue: existing ERP solutions were designed to cope, not cure. They patched over problems instead of addressing the root causes. Even when Vinod raised these critical issues, they were often ignored or diluted.
This turning point came into sharper focus when Vinod engaged with industry experts, doctors, and hospital decision-makers during a healthcare technology conference. These professionals shared their frontline experiences — from patient flow chaos to administrative bottlenecks — all stemming from rigid, outdated systems. Their insights validated his concerns and helped shape the foundation for something new.
